Help with Cancer...
We lost a good family friend to cancer. We have another loved one who is fighting breast cancer now. She is doing well! I wanted to share some natural healing methods with anyone out there fighting cancer themselves.
First, there is the ionized water. This helps restore your bodies health. Ionized water is a good antioxidant and it helps neutralize free radicals in the body. Ionized water also makes existing oxygen molecules, already in the body, available to the cancer cells by giving them electrons. The advantage to this is it removes damaging free radicals at the same time. Ionized water is very alkaline and cancer can not survive in an alkaline environment.

Akaline foods recipe of the week!
Halibut with Avacado Salsa
Spicy salsa compliments the flavor of halibut for a healthy, quick and easy dinner. The avocado adds rich flavor to the salsa, along with extra vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
4 4-6 oz halibut steaks or filets
1/4 cup minced scallion
1-2 tsp finely minced jalapeno
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 medium ripe but firm avocado diced in 1/4 inch cubes
dulse salt or sea salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except halibut and 1 Tbsp lime in a bowl and set aside
2. Preheat a 10-12 inch stainless steel skillet on medium high heat for about 2 minutes
3. Rub Halibut with 1 Tbsp lime juice and season with a little sea salt and black pepper.
4. Place in hot pan. You do not need oil or liquid
5. Cook for about 3 minutes and turn
6. Cook for another 3 minutes and remove from pan. Place on plate, and top with salsa.
